Call Centre Advisors - Temp to perm B37 Area Immediate Start

Working for a large corporate Blue Chip Organisation in the B37 Location.

Our client seeks strong experience customer service candidates for its expanding client department.

The role is target driven and working on inbound and outbound calls of around 100 per day.

You will be assisting customers and booking appointments and also inbound calls of enquires, issues and sometimes problems and complaints.

All candidates need at least 12 months experience call centre or have worked in a busy telephone customer service experience. Recent experience is required. All candidates must be PC Literate also with Data Entry Skills.

Training is given on the role.
