Job Description:
We are recruiting for:
An experienced, professional Customer Service Advisor/ Customer Liaison Officer to join our clients team. This is an integral part of our clients team and reports into the General Manager.
The role entails liaising with customers both face to face and over the telephone, booking in vehicle repair work, issuing courtesy cars and dealing with all associated paperwork.
It also involves liaising with insurance companies and third parties.
About you:
With excellent customer service skills you will be confident in your ability to deal with wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner, as well as offering customers our full range of repair services (bonuses apply).
You will be IT literate as well as being a sound multi tasker with the ability to plan and prioritise your workload effectively to ensure that tasks are completed on time and customers are attended to promptly.
You will be experienced in dealing with third parties, such as insurers and engineers, supporting your team members as the face of our body shops that provide an outstanding customer experience.
You may be in a similar role such as Service Advisor, Receptionist, or Service Receptionist within a Car Dealership, Body Repairer or Crash Repair Centre.
