Job Description:
Senior Service Advisor £20K - £24K - Permanent – Marston Green Area

Working for a large transport company based in Marston Green, our client seeks a Senior Advisor to work within its supplier division. This is a challenging role and all candidates must have transport or logistical experience for this role which is essential. The role will be supporting a set of clients and also supervising members of the team with their day to day duties, targets/KPI’s. The role will also consist of planning work schedules and supplier work, setting company targets and ensuring SLA’s are adhered too and account managing the larger client base for the business. This is a hands on role and all candidates must be able to demonstrate high levels of customer service, be assertive and strong in negotiations where needed.
