Job Description:

Working for a large blue chip organisation in the NEC Area. Our client seek service controllers for its busy operations department.

The role will be speaking to external reps out in the field supporting them and dealing with any queries or problems that arise from location issues, breakdowns etc. Allocating schedules of work. Liaising with internal department as and when any Client or Reps have issues that may need the support of other departments and areas of the business.

The role is very demanding and busy industry/environment. Working has part of a team of 8 and reporting into a team leader on a daily basis with any issues/problems that need escalating. Working from 2-3 PC screen at one time to get the job completed or problem solved. This role would suit someone looking for a challenging role within service who is a team player and able to think on their feet.

Our client looks for strong customer service candidates with good administration and PC experience. Must have previous telephone experience which is essential for this role.
