Job Description

The role will be supporting the directors in managing all financial aspects of the business and to provide admin support as required.
Main Tasks
Control Ledgers – primarily Sales Ledger
Electronic Cash books
Credit control
Supplier payments
Post journals for completion to trial balance
Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet
Month & year end procedures
Full reconciliation
Financial analysis and management reporting
Accruals, pre-payments & balance sheet adjustments
Quarterly returns for tax (VAT, P11d’s etc)
Budgets, forecasts & cash flow analysis
Pegasus Opera / Operations Accounts package
Confidential Invoice factoring
Electronic banking & Cash flow requirements
Intrastat / EC Sales returns
Petty Cash
Fixed Asset reconciliation
