Job Description:
Weekend Customer Service Executives Coleshill Area - 6.50ph

Working for a large specialist company based in the Coleshill, Warwickshire area. Our client seeks experienced customer service executives to work weekends within its contact centre. Dealing with all engineer and customer calls and resolving any issues out in the field. Updating the in-house system with all engineer visits and making sure all appointments are made for the relevant engineers. Making sure all engineers routes are mapped in the most time management and fuel efficient way.

All candidates must have office customer service skills of at least 1 year. You must be an effective communicator with attention to detail when updating systems and be a team player.

The Days are Sat & Sunday 9am until 5pm.
