Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for 4 Customer Service Advisors to work for one of our large prestigious companies based in the Coleshill Area.
Working in a team environment the role will be taking inbound calls and making outbound calls. Booking appointments for clients and dealing with technical engineers and dealing with any issues and queries in regards to the customer orders.
All candidates must have 1 years customer service experience and be PC literate with MS Word and Excel experience.

Monday through to Friday 9am - 5pm and 10am til 6pm. No weekend.

Salary will be review on performance after a 12 week period. Plus company benefits.
