Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for Weekend Customer Service Advisors to work for one of our large prestigious companies based in the Coleshill Area.
Working in a team environment the role will be taking inbound calls and making outbound calls. Booking appointments for clients and dealing with technical engineers and dealing with any issues and queries in regards to the customer orders.
All candidates must have 1 years customer service experience and be PC literate with MS Word and Excel experience.

Hours:
Saturday and Sunday''s 9am until 5pm

Salary will be review on performance after a 12 week period. Plus company benefits.
