Job Description

Working for a large Automotive Repair Specialist. Our client seeks an experienced supervisor or Team Leader to manage their team of advisors.

The role is:
Administrating Insurance Sector Claim Repairs

Booking repairs via Diary Management System

Liaising with customers to provide a mutually suitable repair date

Providing high quality and professional assistance when dealing with telephone calls and correspondence

Dealing with Insurance queries

Dealing with Customer queries

Dealing with Technicians queries

Answering incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously

Develop strong professional relationships with Insurers Administration Team

Handling complaints and passing them on to a manager if required

Updating data on to CRM (ACT) system
