Job Description
BTLB Wolverhampton are looking for highly proactive, dynamic,and determined sales people who bring with them proven sales experience, performance and a desire to be successful .
The role;
*Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
*Consistently achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets in all areas
*Proactive management of defined customer base
*Keep up to date with Market and business trends including competitor activity
*Populate and manage CRM systems effectively and accurately
*Ensure first class customer service
*Identify opportunities for field based consultants
*Work as part of a team
*Understand and comply with regulatory, fair trading, and competition rules.
The Candidate will;
*Have at least 2 years successful sales track record
*Be comfortable talking senior level within an SME business
*Demonstrate drive and tenacity to deliver sales targets
*Have experience with Microsoft office packages and CRM systems
*telecommunications experience ideal but not essential as full training given to the right candidate.
*Be within a 30 minute commute of Codsall, Wolverhampton.
Successful candidates will receive a competitive basic salary with an uncapped commission structure with on target earnings of up to £30K per annum. Full product training together with 25 days holiday and healthcare.
