Account Handler/Customer Service

Job Description

Our large, blue chip client is looking for a Customer Service/Account Handler to join their growing team.

The role will include taking inbound and making outbound calls to and from customers to resolve issues and queries, and log all details in to in house database system. You will be acting as a liaison between customers and internal and external departments, ensuring information is passed on in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in busy customer service environments, be highly PC Literate with use of MS Excel and Word, have excellent communication and telephone skills, and have good problem solving skills.

Working rotating shifts between 7am - 10.30pm and occasional Saturdays , there is £16,000 per annum and immediate starts available.
