Account Manager - Mat Leave Cover

Job Description

Our client, based in Redditch, is looking for an Account Manager/Project Manager for a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave. The annual salary will be around £23K with a Commission structure in place for all New Business.

The key duties will include:
•To contribute to, and participate in successful delivery of client campaigns
•To ensure campaign targets are achieved
•To ensure campaign is completed on time and within budget.
•To ensure the campaign brief is followed and quality of work is acceptable from a telemarketing and administrative perspective
•To ensure client receives regular communication/analysis of activity and is generally aware of how the campaign is progressing.
•Client review meetings
•To ensure all agents working on the campaign are briefed thoroughly on campaign objectives, product knowledge and company information.

The ideal candidate will have previous telemarketing/sales experience, is used to supervising a team, and has excellent communication and data entry skills. (may be negotiable dependent on your experience). 9-5 Monday to Friday
