Job Description

The successful candidate will work predominantly in our Ormskirk workshop. This will involve dealing with customers and booking in repairs, diagnosing faults, undertaking the repairs and managing the repair process and return to customers. The role will also involve providing some phone support and remote support for business support contracts we maintain.
