Job Description
Duties will include;
• Answering calls from Customers who have experienced problems with their order.
• Communicating with Customers using our online Portal facilities
• Working as part of a team ensuring Customer notes are accurately logged
• Investigating and resolving Customer Complaints
• Processing Returned items
• Processing Refunds
• General Administration
• Technical assistance
Knowledge of Consumer Right Regulations would be an advantage but is not essential. Full Training will be given.
Must be available to work Monday- Friday 8.30am until 4.30pm. The Successful candidate will be requested to cover other staff holidays & potential to work further hours.
Key Skills :
Kennings Building Supplies are recruiting for a Customer Care Assistant to join their Team for approximately 35 hours per week (immediate start available). The ideal candidate will have admin or office experience and have previously worked in a Customer Service environment. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, telephone manner & be computer literate.
