Job Description

Maximise sales via telephone and/or online chat
Answer customer queries in a timely and professional manner
Advise customers how their order is progressing
Chase suppliers as necessary
Liaise with couriers as necessary
Provide curtain quotations for customers
Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner
Process customer payments
Update social media with photographs/text as directed
Activate trade accounts
Provide support with fabric check in during quieter periods
Support other teams within the company as requested
