We have been providing an excellent service to our clients throughout the South East for the last two decades; we are not going away but growing!
We provide our services to predominately commercial clients. Our teams are dedicated to ensuring all our clients not only are pleased with the service we provide but recommend us. For this reason we are growing and we are pleased to say that we are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader in the field of commercial maintenance gardening.
This is not about us but about you, are you looking for a company that recognises dedication and hard work? Even though you are an experienced Team Leader we still want you to learn and grow with the company which is why we are always looking to improve your skills with training courses and challenges. We will invest in you and we hope you will help train and invest in your team too.
Do you have entrepreneurial skills and the following?

Key Skills :

At least five years experience in varieties of commercial grounds maintenance Experience as a Team Leader Good practical handyman skills Great communication skills as you will be the main contact on site Able to satisfactorily pass a DBS check Clean driving licence Can you satisfy insurance requirements to drive LCVs ( ie vans/trucks) Innovative skills so that you can come up with ideas on how we can improve our services to our client. A ‘can do’ approach to ensure job is completed on time, to a high standard Willing to work flexible hours to suit business demands Easily commute daily to our base in Farnham Happy to sit down and work with the team on a regular basis to discuss ideas.
