Brand Ambassador - Visitor Centre Assistant

Healeys Cyder Farm is a growing family run business, built on passion and hard work (and home to our famous Rattler Cyder!). With exceptional continued growth we are seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador with flair and passion to join our team of hard working individuals who will provide an exceptional customer experience to our visitors throughout the Summer months. For the right candidate, who can be our ''Brand Ambassador'' on site, this initial temporary role can lead to a permanent role - and ultimately a career within our company.

You will have excellent customer service skills, passionate about delivering our brand experience, hard working and flexible. You will be friendly, approachable and personable, with an outwardly confident approach. You will need good literacy and numeracy skills.

This varied role will have different responsibilities on the site, and within our Visitor Centre (by serving in our shop, leading tours etc) but everyone will need to ensure they are always putting our customers first.

Previous experience in a customer service role would be an advantage, but any applications will be welcomed by people with a positive attitude. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to grow a career in customer service...and possibly a career with us.

You will also need your own transportation to get here due to the flexibility of the role and lack of public transport.

The hours of work will vary, but could be up to 40 hours a week, working flexibly across 7 days a week. Hourly pay will be dependant on experience and discussed at interview.
