To be a confidante and a friendly face to a elderly female with a disability, delivering personal care and mobility exercises to encourage enablement and wellbeing. To prompt medication and carry out duties relevant to assisting with getting up in a morning, exercises and lunch time prep, dinner visit and assistance to cook meal and bedtime routine.
