Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join a small dedicated team. Duties include preparing invoices, statements and payroll using Quick Books software. Other responsibilities include the updating of company databases, managing customer orders and dealing with telephone enquiries.

Key Skills :

Good telephone manner and good communication skills. A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel Word and Outlook) and Quick Books is essential and knowledge of a mapping system would be advantageous.
