Job Description

Processing orders experience required over the phone or via email
Raise pro-forma invoices and quotes
Despatching/Invoicing
Respond to email queries from customers
Answering phone calls
Credit card payments
Checking orders raised by others for mis matching errors
Resolve occasional invoice queries
Send out trim samples/swatch cards in post
Filing/photocopying/issuing paperwork to shop floor
Must be able to learn able products, specs and prices
