Be a time-served Fabricator/Welder
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Good knowledge of workshop tools and any other welding experience including Tig, Arc, Gas, Spot - would be an advantage.
Ability to work well as part of a team, take direction, and work on own initiative where appropriate.
£13.64 per hour

As a Fabricator / Welder you will assist the department in the fabrication and welding of steel frames, structures, sheet metal fabrication and other miscellaneous duties required in general fabrication. Your responsibilities and duties will include, although not be limited to:
Evaluating and interpreting drawings, sketches and other data to be used in the preparation of the product to be manufactured.
Highlighting and communicating any minor faults that may arise which could cause delay to production.
Ensuring work is carried out to exact tolerances.
Maintaining accurate records of production and any other operational data as requested by the Supervisor.
Ensuring that health, safety and quality standards are complied with.
