We need Support Workers in Gazeley to make our vision a reality.

What does a Support Worker do?

The role of a Support Worker is to ensure the people you support are safe, happy and lead fulfilling lives. Supporting someone with a learning disability isn''t just personal care; it''s so much more. A Support Worker will promote independence and everyday living skills and support people to engage in meaningful activities, at home and in the community. You could be assisting with the weekly shop or administering the right medication.

What experience do I need?

You don''t need to have worked in supported living before to be a good Support Worker.

If you are caring, kind and want to work in a job that is genuinely rewarding, this is for you.

You''ll need to have great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.

A good basic level of English and Math is also required.
