Business Development Executive B46 Area -£20Kpa - Full Time Permanent with Bonus

Working for a large organisation in Coleshill. Our client seeks an experience BDE to join its expanding team. The company is expanding rapidly and is now looking for candidate to join its sales team to enhance business and also product sales in the marketplace.

Working directly for the Senior Internal Team Sales Manager

Hours of work

Monday - Friday 10:00am-6:00pm

The role of Internal Business Development Executive is topromote the companies products & services to businesses & individuals in the UK whilst generating leads for internal & external sales people.

The role would consist of:Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.• Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customer’s questions and sending additional information via email. Keeping up with product service information and updates. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. Upselling products and services Researching and qualifying new leads.Closing sales and achieving sales targets.Monitoring sales inbox.Liaise with stores department to arrange delivery of stock to engineers where needed,

Exceed KPI’s. Ensure appointment bookings are at a time to suit customer and relevant BDM/Director.

Any other duties as required by your Line Manager or Director.

Skills required

A Level / GCSE

Previous experience in an outbound Call Centre or a related sales position preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as salesforce.com.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.Good organisational skills, both verbal and written. Excellent telephone manner and cold calling skills. Strong listening and sales skills.

Passion and ability to achieve targets.

Please note that Sales (a target driven role within a sales function or environment) is required for this role alongside account management experience.
