Job Description
My Client is looking for a Night Receptionist. This exciting position may be right for you if you are looking for 35 hours a week and have experience of acting as the Night Manager. Do you enjoy greeting people with warmth and friendliness and are ready to help at a moments notice. You must be willing to go the extra mile to keep our guests satisfied, and you must also be able to manage a variety of tasks at the same time. Welcome guests and visitors to the front lobby of the Hotel. Great problem-solving skills Some food and beverage experience Experience of cash handling Experience with OPERA systems Communicate with other hotel departments Keep the hotel lobby area inviting and presentable Must have a positive, enthusiastic and ''can do'' attitude Fantastic attention to detail The ability to maximise sales opportunities Motivational Team Player Excellent telephone manner Professional at all times Well organised Must be able to drive due to location Flexible as some weekend working may be required
