Job Description

Key Factors:

Erecting modular build from a flatpack concept
The internal sheeting of modular units
Installing windows and insulation
Basic joinery experience in cutting panels, insulation and applying external cladding.
General formation work including hand cutting, forming socket positions, cable trunking.
General joinery in the use of hand saws and other hand tools
Ability to follow supporting detail.
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
High level of attention to quality requirements
Flexible approach to work hours
Punctual.
