Job Description
Helpdesk Operatives - Coleshill Area - £16-£18k per annum
Our client in the Coleshill area are looking for Helpdesk Operatives to take incoming calls from clients,. The role will include taking high volumes of calls from clients, and logging information on to the database system to ensure company meets SLA''s.
The ideal candidate with be customer focussed, with a working knowledge of MS Packages Word and Excel. Ideally will already have experience in a call centre/helpdesk environment.
Standard office hours 9-5/10-6, with one week in every 6 on call, with bonus for this week.
