Job Description

As a Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Proprietor Head Chef. All food is cooked from fresh to the highest standard using locally sourced, seasonal produce.

A team player and capable of leading the kitchen on Head Chefs days off.
Approachable
Dedicated
You must have previous experience at Sous chef level in a high end kitchen.
