A highly established recruitment agency in Birmingham is seeking a talented Divisional Manager with relevant Blue Collar or White Collar Construction experience to join their M &E team.

This is a highly critical role, and the agency is looking for someone to take over a warm desk and grow the business. The successful candidate will mentor a small team of two Trainees covering the Temps market.
