Do you have a passion for motorcycles? Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join their existing team.

Business Development Manager Package: £32k Bonus and Company Benefits including: Company Car, Phone and Laptop

This is reporting directly into the UK Sales Manager the role involves:

Taking responsibility for managing an existing set of client accounts.

Find and develop new business opportunities. Plan and oversee marketing initiatives. Work with minimal guidance, be pro-active and self-motivated.

Understand customer needs and respond effectively. Develop existing accounts and build long-term relationships • Generate leads and cold call prospective clients

The Candidate

Ideally a successful Business Development Manager with at least 3 years’ experience in the motorcycle industry, preferably tyre related if possible.

The role would suit a passionate and energetic individual looking for a new challenge in a growing business. To be successful in the role they will need to be able to demonstrate the following core competencies: Experience and proven track record within a field sales role is essential • A strong commercial awareness • An analytical mindset, able to strategize, implement and deliver growth and profitability

The ability to develop strong working relationships both inside and outside of the business

Work with minimal guidance and be pro-active • Good IT knowledge and skills, to include Excel •

Full car and motorcycle licence required.

As this is a national role the ideal candidate with live within the Midlands with the flexibility to travel and stay away from home overnight casually.

Hours of work are Monday through to Friday 8.30am - 5.45pm (please note some weekend work would be involved).
