About the role:
Our client is currently looking for an accredited Lean practitioner to join us as a Service Improvement Manager. The purpose of this post is to identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies, customer and behavioural insight and the application of innovative thinking.
This is a key position within a newly created team. It will play an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology to support the delivery of business transformation.
What they''re looking for:
- Proven continuous improvement experience from a similar role.
- An excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Lean, value stream mapping and customer journey mapping.
- The ability to set-up, facilitate and lead service improvement sessions with a range of business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and project management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer and business needs.
- The ability to influence and build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders whilst taking forward change.
