Our client has a pretty significant growing operation in the area with just under 5ha of tunnels and nearly 15ha of glass growing over 1,300 tonnes of soft fruit each year.

Due to their ongoing expansion, they are seeking an experienced Packhouse Manager to take operational control of this important aspect of the business.

Ideally we are looking for an individual with significant packhouse exposure either in food or fresh produce with an understanding of the dynamics of leading a multicultural team and the associated packing/machinery elements around all of that. You will also be tasked to assist in the ongoing developments of the business being the ever increasing desire for more automation and supply chain efficiencies.
