Job Title: Estates Hand

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm

Location: Chiddingstone Causeway

The company are primarily known for their association with insurance brands; however, the company also have various leisure sites in the South East. This role will oversee the estate management for these sites which comprises of two hotels, a 800-acre outdoor facility site as well as various private and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the grounds on multiple sites
Implement planting schemes in accordance with working drawings
Plan, organise and implement own scheduled work
Complete time sheets, budgetary records, chemical records
Maintain machinery and equipment in clean and safe working order
To assist in the maintenance of the general facilities including office, conference and public areas The successful candidate

Some experience and work-based training in horticultural practises and proven capability in using a wide range of equipment and machinery
