Property Developer - Client Side

CCO are representing a well known highly regarded client operating in the centre of Manchester. Their current portfolio is made up of exciting residential and commercial property schemes spread across the prime hot spots of Manchester.
My client is looking for an experienced commercial valuer who can add value into their current portfolio of leading experts.
The successful candidate will be MRICS RICS Registered Valuer who is passionate about the property industry and the valuation market, who can work effectively under pressure and someone with excellent communication skills. The Red Book VRS would be ideal but is not essential.
The Role:
* Conducting Homebuyers, bank lending and development valuations
* Providing clients with detailed reports
* Working closely with clients on a day to day basis
* Giving your professional advice on property values, any problems that may occur.
