NOC Engineer

Senior Infrastructure Engineer - 24/7 Support

£30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits

Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

We are working with a well-established IT Service Provider who due to more growth are looking to further expand their team with an experienced NOC Engineers to provide 2nd Level Support.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor client systems on a 12-hour shift rotation (4 on / 4 off).
Make sure that SLA''s are adhered to and KPI''s are met.
Provide both 1st / 2nd Line support while ensuring all clients IT equipment and infrastructure is running to an optimum level as expected.
Attend customer sites to replace key operational equipment
Provide Data Centre support.
