Job Description
First Personnel have an excellent opportunity for a Branch Manager based at their Bicester branch.
Duties will include but not limited to;
* Maintain and develop existing and new clients through planned individual client support and liaison
* Liaise and attend meetings with clients necessary to perform duties and aid business and branch development
* Increasing market share within the area
* Maintaining profitability
* Ensuring standards of service are met
* Daily operation of the branch
* Management of the branch team
* Setting, monitoring and producing actions for weekly staff targets
Skills Required;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Sound commercial understanding
* The ability to work on your own initiative
* Outstanding organisational skills
* The ability to work under pressure
* The ability to work with personnel from all levels
* Numerical and budgeting skills
* IT skills
* Knowledge of UK employment legislation
* Tact, and the ability to deal with pressurised situations
