Hays is excited to be working in partnership with SAE UK, who are part of the Navitas Group, a diversified global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals across a range of degree, diploma and professional short courses.
SAE UK is seeking an exceptional Recruitment and Admissions Director to join their team in Oxford or London, you will play a critical role in exceeding ambitious student growth targets. This role is part of the UK Executive Leadership Team and will be accountable for leading and developing the recruitment & admissions strategy for the Institute to propel the region through the next phase of growth.
SAE UK has its headquarters in Oxford, and there is flexibility in this role to be based across Oxford and London, with occasional travel around the UK. The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience in leading a high-performing and target driven recruitment teams, ideally across regional locations.
The role is responsible and accountable for the management and performance of the student recruitment and admissions team across the region, and through supportive and robust leadership, will embed and monitor critical business KPI''s to exceed targets set for each student intake.
There is an expectation of continual process improvement and delivery across all phases of the recruitment pipeline via all UK campuses, and the assurance of a consistent approach and sharing of best practice.
The Director of Student Recruitment & Admissions will recognise and operate in a collaborative manner which is essential between the Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions functions to achieve common enrolment goals. They will track and evaluate all recruitment and admissions activity and provide accurate weekly reporting to the General Manager & Managing Director and UK Executive Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will have a background in face to face and phone-based sales environments, and with a meticulous attention to detail, experience in using CRM to drive consistent sales processes.
They will also demonstrate experience in analysing sales and recruitment data, acting on findings to drive continuous improvement, and developing and executing integrated sales plans based on their comprehensive understanding of new business and retention drivers. They will possess the ability to spot market opportunities and positively contribute to discussions around new methods of generating leads and improving conversions.
The successful candidate will be confident in leading change and thrive in exciting dynamic environments, demonstrating resilience with the ability to prioritise. Having highly developed relationship management and communication skills are essential for this target-motivated individual, including confident presentation and negotiation skills which adapt to business needs internally and externally.
