Civil Engineer / technical Coordinator

My client is looking for a Civil Engineer / technical Coordinator to work within the ''In-House'' design team.

Being one of the largest homebuilders in the UK, the ideal candidate will have residential experience, but this isn''t essential, to look after and work on many housing site designs across the NE of England

If you are a civil engineer involved with all aspects of design, coordination in various sectors this will still be viewed, as you are expected to fulfil a role which includes Utilities, Adoptions and design on site coordinating and checking.

You will have 1st class communication skills, as most of the role sees you responsible to work with external consultants.

Ideally you will be degree educated but if you''re working towards this or have the necessary experience this isn''t a pre-requisite, therefore HNC/ONC will be expected.

Experience in AutoCAD, Adoption agreements and Utilities is pre-requisite, if you have the design capability of relevant civil software this will be a bonus
