Audio Typist

TRC are currently recruiting for a Audio typist to work for a award winning law firm based in Leeds.

Hours: The company offer part time or full time

Duties

* You will demonstrate professionalism

* Provide support to compliance teams

* Follow all internal policies and procedures making sure they''re all adhered to

* To keep files up to date always

* All aspects of administration including filing, photo copying, data entry and diary management

* To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision

* To ensure that cases are dealt with efficiently and politely

* You will answer internal calls

* You will be able to work fast and effectively

Qualifications and experiences

* RSA Stage 2 Typing (50 words per minute copy typing)

* Level 2 OCR or Level 1 OCR is also enough if experienced in typing

* You must be literate when using Microsoft packages

In return you will receive £17,500 salary + excellent benefits.
