This is the chance for you to join a £150m turnover Residential Developer operating within the M25. This successful and growing business is working on 22 live developments between 20-300 traditional build units, with 10 new sites in the pipeline.

About the opportunity:

Working for a skilled and accomplished Design & Planning Manager who has experience of successfully delivering high end residential schemes in Central London, working for award winning Architectural Practices with experience of delivering Traditional Build Residential schemes, you will gain some valuable industry experience.

You will be responsible for supporting the management of the Design Team, ensuring the design process recognises current legislation, standards and codes of practice where appropriate. You will also be responsible for ensuring design information is of the right quality keeping pace with timescales, coordination between design teams, attending Housing Association meetings and building regulation submissions.

About the benefits and rewards:

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £50,000 basic salary plus package.

About the requirements:

You must be degree qualified in Architectural Technology or similar. We are considering professionals with residential experience from Architectural Practices, Developers and Contractors.

You will also need an understanding of Lifetime Homes, Code for Sustainable Homes, Secure by Design and renewables
