Residential Surveyor
One of the UK''s most established suppliers of residential surveys and valuations are seeking RICS qualified Residential Surveyors, with experience in identifying risk, completing Homebuyer Reports and lender valuations, to join their home based team.
Their innovative and customer-lead approach have enabled the company to continue to grow their presence in the market. Over 500 RICS members are currently providing a range of surveying and valuation services to mortgage lenders and the buying public for this award winning group.
Residential Surveyor responsibilities:
To undertake mortgage valuations, home buyer surveys and condition reports on a range of residential properties
To act as the first point of call in the risk assessment of properties for loan purposes
To provide survey and valuation recommendations to the buying public
To aid informed decisions on the suitability of property purchases, striving to provide accurate advice straight away wherever possible
Surveyor requirements:
Chartered or Associate member of the RICS
RICS Registered Valuer
Able to demonstrate a proven claims-free track record
Consistently adopts a thorough and professional approach to tasks
