Job Description
This successful family blinds and awnings business, who pride themselves on the quality of their products and personal service are now seeking a new recruit for their busy team. Due to continued, ongoing success, they have a new opportunity for a Customer Sales Administrator. This role is focused on offering the best experience to new and ongoing customers, from first contact through the whole supply process.
This role will enable you to be a central member of the team and a key part of the ongoing success of the business.
Do you have?
• Fabulous communication skills - Verbal. & written.
• Clear, engaging, and customer focused telephone manner.
· Organised and accurate workload and time management abilities
• Good IT literacy - CRM systems, Excel, Word
• Numeracy, with the ability to accurately deal with general figure work
• Accurate Data entry skills.
• Commercial awareness - to ensure balance with customer expectations.
• Ability to take instruction with the motivation to learn and develop in their role
Customer Account Management experience / Telephone Sales, Sales, or targeted Customer Service , from a product delivery background?
