Job Description: Domiciliary Care Recruiter

Responsible To: Care Manager

This role is responsible for the end to end recruitment process of domiciliary care workers.

Monday to Friday, day working, based at Head Office in Slough with travel as required

Carrying out the end to end recruitment process for domiciliary care workers as directed by the Care Manager.

Developing recruitment campaigns ensuring that recruitment is organised and conducted expeditiously for all roles.

Placing adverts on internal job boards and external recruitment job sites.

Conducting initial screening, telephone and face to face interviews.

Making recruitment decisions, generating all offer paperwork for candidates and completing all necessary recruitment administration.

The Person:

You must have previous experience in a dedicated domiciliary care recruitment role.

You will be a well organised individual who is a good communicator and decision maker.

You will have excellent administrative skills and confident using IT.

It is essential that you have a valid driving licence and use of your own vehicle.

Experience in recruitment within Health & Social Care is desirable
