Key Account Manager

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to relocate to the Isle of Man, with a salary up to £42,000 plus a fantastic relocation package and Benefits. We are looking for a Key Account Manager that will manager the business relationship with the internal customers and will help achieve the strategic objectives to maximise revenue and margin.

With pubs across both the Isle of Man and the UK our client has a proven track record and reputation for delivering against its objectives. This is an exciting time to be part of their business.

As the Key Account Manager, you will be a hands on, commercial and results driven. Working with the ''Internal business'' you will interpret sales and customer account data and understand customer engagement strategies and tactics. You will work with partner organisations to create and deliver subsequent action plans to convert opportunities into sales and revenue streams.

As a Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

Take the lead on customer relationships and ensure a robust customer relationship strategy
Engage with customers to anticipate potential business opportunities and implement them
Deliver internal communication, to customers, customer engagement and brand promotion
Accountable for achieving commercial targets and accurate forecasting of business performance
Undertake key research to understand the business sector, customers and their potential opportunities.
Champion in-house solutions/technologies.You will need to have the following experience:

Experience in customer account management and business development gained within the hospitality, drinks/FMCG or pubs sector.
Experience of undertaking customer and data analytics
You could already be a Key Account Manager but we will consider someone who is a Pub Area Manager or someone looking to make a move into a more strategic role.
In reward for your hard work, you will receive a salary up to £42,000 plus relocation cost and benefits.
