Salary up to £24k depending on experience
Monday to Friday 9 to 5 NO WEEKENDS
20 days hols plus stats

Do you like to deal with people and can you think on your feet?

This role could be for you. Our client is based in Manchester and are looking for an experienced Commercial negotiator or a residential negotiator who wants to learn the commercial side. They would also welcome applications from Surveyors who enjoy the agency side of the business.
The role will involve dealing with the whole process of sales and lettings from start to finish but as it for commercial properties the role is complex and requires someone who can follow processes and pay attention to the small print
This is a busy agency but the definitely have that family feel and a great client base. They are passionate about what they do and are a growing firm.
