Development Surveyor - East Anglia - 1 year contract

My Local Authority client in East Anglia are looking for a Development Surveyor to join them for an initial period of 12 months.

About you:

MRICS (preferable)
Demonstrable understanding of the property development process, in particular planning, viability and development appraisals
Ability lead on the delivery of high value projects and programmesAbout the role:

Town Centre redevelopment
Economic regeneration and inward investment
Undertaking asset valuations, compulsory purchase orders and planning compensation workRate: £(Apply online only)/day

Location: East Anglia

Contract length: 12 months minimum term
