HR & Reward Advisor

Ashley Kate currently have a fantastic opportunity with a leading engineering organisation based near Stevenage. We are looking for Reward Specialist to focus on the delivery on the remuneration and benefits activities across the UK.

About you:
·Extensive Reward and HR experience

·Ability to analyse information, present summarised findings and where applicable, propose solutions.
·Logical and pragmatic approach to resolving complex issues
·Effective communication and relationship building skills at all levels
·Stakeholder management experience
·Planning and project management skills required
·Leading edge HR thinking and practice with emphasis on improving business performance
·Competent in holding difficult conversations and providing advice to make decisions in complex circumstances
·Ability to think conceptually and strategically

About the role:

You will become part of the wider International HR team and join joining an experienced, knowledgeable and focused team responsible for the delivery of progressive reward initiatives and solutions.

As Reward Specialist you will:

·Deliver reward activities across the UK business, focusing on pay reviews, bonus payments and employee benefits
·Provide client facing HR support to your customer base, including the delivery of the rewards calendar and any ad-hoc reward related activities
·You will be acting as a project lead on variety of reward and benefits topics.
·Manage the monthly cyclical rewards activities, graduate pay review, payroll reconciliation, pension and auto enrolment
·You will influence and deliver reward strategies with the opportunity to partner with external suppliers
·You will be involved in a wide variety of reward activities from initial concept to completion
