The Company
A leading provider of metering systems for nearly 25 years, with outstanding in-house training. They ensure that you will have all the tools you need to provide exceptional customer service across all aspects of the job. Appointments, when possible are made within your local postcode area to help you keep to your schedule for the day. As a bonus, you will now have access to their new "Engineer Support Desk", giving support throughout the day.
All about you
You will be either an experienced Duel Fuel engineer with MOCOPA and hold a valid EUSR card with the ambition to grow your career. Or a gas engineer with a current MET1 and CCN1/CMA1 with previous experience (preferably in gas meter instillation) looking for a new career direction.
You will need to:
Hold a full, valid and up to date UK''s driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
Pass a DBS (basic criminal records check).
Be willing to complete the required training to ensure you are compliant with the company''s standards, policies and procedures.
About the Role
The role is field based, visiting domestic customers installing smart meters. You will be required to deliver exceptional customer experience, by ensuring work is completed to a high standard. Ensure the customer has a detailed understanding of the new meter and all the benefits that come with it.
