Temporary Customer Service Advisors x 15

We are seeking an additional 15 Customer Service Advisors working as part of our friendly team starting in the coming weeks working on behalf of our prestigious automotive client assisting with a marketing campaign. We are looking for confident candidates to join our team in Farnborough contacting our existing or previous customers via phone regarding forthcoming events and attendance at one of our exhibitions. You will enjoy talking to customers and be PC literate. You may have have gained excellent customer service skills from working in retail, hospitality, or another customer service office based role and be seeking extra experience or you may be in between jobs seeking temporary work whilst looking for the right permanent role.

Our Farnborough site specialises in providing E-commerce and Fulfilment solutions to a wide range of clients both in the UK and internationally through bespoke systems and top quality customer service.

Your main duties will be as follows:-
Following up a previously sent email or postal literature regarding a forthcoming event
Working through our database of customers to make contact via phone to book interested customers into the event
Updating the customer database

Candidates need not have previous experience working in an office environment but you must be fully PC literate in Word and Excel and have experience of speaking to customers over the phone or in person and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and problem solving skills to ensure the customer is happy plus accurate data entry skills.

In return we can offer a friendly and professional working environment and the chance to work in a customer service role within an office utilising your experience gained within another customer service role within retail, hospitality, leisure, office or elsewhere. We will provide full training and are happy to consider candidates with limited experience as long as you are PC literate and have a confident and friendly telephone manner. Alternatively, you may be a more experienced candidate seeking a stop gap role to generate additional income whilst saving to go travelling or in between permanent roles.
