Store Manager - Jewellery

Exciting opportunity for contemporary Jewellery brand

Hays are working with a contemporary Jewellery brand who are looking for a Store Manager due to an internal promotion. This is an amazing opportunity to join a highly successful store during a sustained period of growth for the company.

Your main duties will include:

Leading a small team, driving sales and setting targets
Ongoing coaching, development and reviews of staff
Develop strategies to increase sales and store performance, working closely with head office and other store managers
Ensure levels of customer service as exceptional at all times
Maintain standards of the store including internal promotions
Conduct staff appraisals and work to ensure staff retention and recruitment is a priority
Complete all other work as necessary to ensure that the store runs smoothly
In order to be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a store manager, ideally managing a small team of 4-5 successfully. Experience within accessories or a contemporary brand is essential.
