Business Development Executive

We are looking for an outgoing and motivated Business Development Executive
Responsibilities Include:
* Contacting potential and existing customers to introduce health care training services
* Answering questions about the company and its training services
* Asking questions to understand client requirements and close sales
Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to contribute to generating sales for our client. You will be responsible for closing training deals over the telephone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting training services over the telephone.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities
* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about training services available
* Answer questions about training services or the company
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
* Enter and update customer information in the database
* Take, process and confirm bookings in an accurate manner
* Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements
* Proven experience as a business development/telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the telephone
* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (eg. Microsoft applications and bespoke databases) and telephone systems
* Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
* Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
